Does the free plan require a credit card?
No. The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard.
What counts as a 'connector'?
A connector is a single integration — for example, your Stripe account is one connector, your HubSpot account is another. Each connector can monitor multiple endpoints.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade is self-serve from the billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of the current billing period.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You'll receive an invoice automatically. Annual billing with a 2-month discount is available — contact us.
What integrations do you support?
Currently Stripe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Twilio, and SendGrid. More are being added rapidly — join the waitlist for specific integrations.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Apixor uses row-level isolation in Postgres — your data is never co-mingled with other customers. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We never store API keys.
How do AI summaries and postmortems work?
When an incident is detected, Apixor automatically generates a plain-English summary of what is happening and the likely cause. When the incident resolves, a full structured postmortem is generated covering timeline, root cause, revenue impact, and remediation steps. AI features are available on Growth and Enterprise plans.
Can I control or limit AI usage?
Yes. Each workspace has a configurable monthly token budget (default 50,000 tokens) visible to admins. You can also toggle AI features off entirely per workspace if preferred.
